X-TeX – Cross Texture
Our unique process to internally mold X-weaved structural carbon provides exceptional torsional rigidity. We imbed X-shaped
carbon into the layup and then it is internally molded into the carbon structure.

CNT – Carbon Nano Tube
The ultimate evolution of nano-technology. Carbon nano tubes are allotropes of carbon with a cylindrical nanostructure. They
exhibit extraordinary strength, and combined with epoxy resin and nano-powder (the base of nanotechnology) provide an
increase of fracture toughness by 49% compare to standard resin, 20% higher than nanotechnology.

WMP – Wrinkleless Molding Process
Wrinkles in the material add more weight.
We detect formation of wrinkles during the curing process to determine the actual characteristics of each frame and the location wrinkles may occur.
We avoid wrinkles in the material by pre-tuning the thickness of the laminate and the weight of each frame.

BB30
BB30 is a new industrial standard for bottom brackets that is stiffer than standard bottom brackets and lighther. The weight of the crank is reduced by eliminating the BB cups and using an alloy oversize spindle that increases the stiffness of the crankset. The BB30 bearings are larger than those used in other systems and it extends the bearings life.
