Our Returns Policy
Don’t worry if it does not fit or you don’t like it.
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.
Returns for refund: If you are not happy with the goods you have been supplied or they do not meet your requirements you can returns the goods. You have 14 days from receipt for a full refund excluding the cost of outbound postage. All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition with all original packaging. Please note, we will not cover the cost of return postage and we advise customers to send parcels recorded/signed-for delivery.
Returns for exchange: If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. We have no exchange charges and send out all exchanges post free.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods we advise customers to call our mailorder department on 020 8763 1991. When returning the item please include a cover note. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
If you have an item that is or appears faulty please call us for advice on 020 8763 1991 and we will try and resolve the problem. Faulty goods must be returned within a 28 day period with a cover note explaining the problem.
We advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us.
