Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.

Returns for refund: If you are not happy with the goods you have been supplied, or they do not meet your requirements you can returns the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage. We advise customers to send parcels recorded delivery.

Returns for exchange: If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. There is a £3.00 postage charge for exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods we advise customers to call our mailorder department on 020 8688 5094. When returning the item please include a cover note. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
If you have an item that is or appears faulty please call us for advice on 020 8688 5094 and we will try and resolve the problem. Faulty goods must be returned within a 28 day period with a cover note explaining the problem.
We advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us.
