How to Use This Site

Choosing
|
Choose the items you want to purchase - or just browse away. Select from the topics on the left side of the screen or type in a search phrase.

Ordering &
Adding things to your shopping basket
|
When you are in a product screen you may click on the "Buy" button next to the colour/size you require.
You will be directed to the Shopping basket screen where you can see a summary of what you have ordered.
You may amend the quantity required for each item in your shopping basket and then click on "Recalculate" button
to register the revised quantities required. The order totals and carriage charges will then be re-displayed.

Further Purchases
|
You may choose other items and place them in your shopping basket.

|
Removing from your shopping basket.
|
If you change your mind and you would prefer to choose a different item then go into the shopping basket and click on the "X" (remove) button.

Checkout
|
Go to the checkout and enter your name and address. Next you will be asked to enter your payment details.
After you have entered your payment details a summary of the order will be displayed. Now click on "Change Password"

Your Profile
|
You may select "Login" and change your password, or personal profile, if you wish.
You may also select to receive details of special offers and occasional newsletters and customise your interests.

Login & Order Tracking
|
Once you have logged into the site you may view the progress of your order.
We will also endeavour to keep you informed of any problems as they arise.

Feedback
|
Click on the "Feedback" link to provide us with any information which you
feel is relevant.

Price
|
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.
